It was a very hot day & we had been turned away by several places where the kitchens had very rigid lunch opening hours. We were therefore grateful to Pfeffel for their flexibility - & also their air conditioning, not that it was hugely strong, but better than nothing. My salad pfeffel involved duck, walnuts & a mayonnaise-y dressing & I liked it. The young man who was our waiter was friendly & efficient View all feedback.

Service is shocking. 15 minutes before we were even handed a menu and were ignored for another 10 before we could make our order. Staff looked uninterested, unprofessional and were too busy talking to do their jobs. Avoid this place. View all feedback.
