The pulled pork was outstanding, with a wonderful smoky flavor that was both tender and juicy. However, the brisket was quite tough, and the ribs were disappointing—I could only manage one bite, as they were fatty, gristly, and lacking the rich smoky flavor you'd expect from BBQ.
