3 stars because the past 2 times my family has gone we've had to wait at least 20 minutes in line, with only 1 or 2 vehicles ahead of us. Then once at the window they completely forgot what our order was. So we had to reorder everything and wait. Once we received our drinks, they were awesome and flavorful. The downside is the long wait and high prices.
