However, the service can be inconsistent; sometimes the lobby is unexpectedly locked, and the staff seem to be overwhelmed. Enjoying a meal at Arby's is best when the food is hot, so it might be wiser to opt for a to-go order instead of dining in.
This restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and they consistently get our orders right! If there’s ever a problem, they take care of it quickly. The food is fresh and ideal for those evenings when we’re too exhausted to cook (which is quite often).
The restaurant does not justify the prices they charge; only about a third of the menu items actually look like the photos. We ordered two turkey and bacon ranch sandwiches, but they were missing the bacon and were poorly prepared. Please see the photo below for reference.
This is the worst Arby's experience I have ever had. Stopped by for lunch while passing through. The end area dining is small and uninviting. It was not well kept or clean. The food I was served was lukewarm at best and I did not finish my meal as it wasawful. I will never stop at this location again even though it is a easy stop between Gastonia and Charlotte on my commute. Theyhave lost my business at this location forever.
The ABSOLUTE worst fast food experience I have ever had. The curly fries literally tasted like cardboard and not even our dogs would eat them. The roast beef tasted like it had been sitting in a hotel pan for hours and was not fresh in the slightestbit. The only thing that actually tasted good was the coca cola. Very very disappointing and for almost $30, I will be callingand asking for a refund or a credit. Be sure to check your food before driving away
