I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to commend the server who attended to me today. He was incredibly polite, prompt, and truly brightened my day. Honestly, he deserves a raise; his positive attitude was infectious! As for the food, it was excellent as always.
No issues at all. The service was excellent, and the coffee was lovely. However, I did notice a co-worker addressing two customers who had touched the countertops without using the antibacterial hand sanitizer. That’s definitely a concern.
In the past two weeks, I've visited this place twice while delivering items to Clitheroe, and it’s been a great spot to grab lunch and coffee on my way back. During my first visit, the woman who served me was very friendly, informed me about a special offer that lowered my bill, and even added a cookie! On my second visit, another lady served me and prepared a fresh salad, and she was also very pleasant. It’s a lovely little place—very clean and well-maintained.
Nice fresh sandwiches. It is my regular coffee shop, great value. Very polite and friendly staff environment is always kept clean and tidy by the staff.
