Yesterday, I stopped by this Starbucks on my way to work, running late and feeling a bit unwell. I’m pleased to say that I received outstanding service. Even though my mobile order was meant for a different location, the barista quickly glanced at my phone and recreated my order without hesitation. She truly went above and beyond to assist me. I prefer my iced coffee unsweetened and with just a splash of cream. I enjoy trying different variations, whether it's a splash of coffee with cream or just as I ordered it. Please stop offering straws. Additionally, the eggplants I received were unevenly prepared. They were so hot that I couldn't eat them for twenty minutes since they were placed near the warmer.
