Yesterday, I stopped by this Starbucks on my way to work, running late and feeling a bit unwell. I’m pleased to say that I received outstanding service. Even though my mobile order was meant for a different location, the barista quickly glanced at my phone and recreated my order without hesitation. She truly went above and beyond to assist me. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I prefer my iced coffee unsweetened and with just a splash of cream. I enjoy trying different variations, whether it's a splash of coffee with cream or just as I ordered it. Please stop offering straws. Additionally, the eggplants I received were unevenly prepared. They were so hot that I couldn't eat them for twenty minutes since they were placed near the warmer. Visited twice and the orders were wrong each time. I will say they seem to be a really busy Starbucks, but it's not like we had complicated orders in any way.
I'm not sure what the deal with this one died. but it's slow. the drive thru moves more slowly than all others. Maybe not enough help. I will say the people who work there are kind and get my order when I went there, but I will now go to the one below golf to book to avoid this creepy.
Couldn't give zero stars but we Showed up at this Starbucks on 8/14 in the drive thru at 2:45 and the workers walked off and no one could be seen on site. Please relieve the staff of their duties as they walked off on 8/14.
I love Starbucks. I know it's a nationwide chain but it's always delicious and I love their award system! Always a classic
I’d give this location zero stars if it were possible. All the employees are immature inconsiderate kids. I pulled up to the drive through at 8:02 pm. There were cars in front of me. I assumed the location closed at 10 as the one I usually go to does. No one said anything through the speaker. Not even a courteous “I’m sorry we’re closed”. I proceeded to pull forward behind the other cars. They paid and got their drinks. When I pulled up to the window, I sat there patiently as the young blonde employee clearly saw me but ignored the fact that I was there. I then proceeded to wave my hand and still, ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I then honked my horn because at this point they are just being extremely rude. All I wanted was someone to acknowledge me and actually tell me the store was closed. They could clearly see me and hear me. I’m appalled by their behavior. I’ve only known Starbucks employees to be extremely kind and communicative. This location should be embarrassed for who they hired to represent their company. They make the Starbucks brand look classless and cheap. They all need to learn a thing or two about customer service. I don’t plan on supporting this location ever again.
