At the Leicester Square Piazza venue and after struggling to find it we found the staff had no idea how to work the machines and initially we couldn't get any music to play. The room was filled with song books but none of the songs in them were actually in the machine which seemed to have been filled by someone who stooped listening to music in the early 1990's.
