I gave them 5 stars for the way they treated my experience, good customer service is hard to find. I ordered my food and noticed that I had waited about 30 minutes. I pressed the button to see when my order was ready. I was told that the order was not even placed. The manger (the name I can't remember, maybe Heather? was very apologetic. We all make mistakes, but that's how she made it. I will definitely return. View all feedback.

I have ordered from Sonic many times. Unfortunately it's sad to say that this store is has been very careless. Not reviewing the requests for modifications. Constantly they have forgotten items in the order, such as the drink in the combo or even the main food ordered.
