Food was very good but had onions and I requested none

I absolutely love this place! You can never go wrong here! I always order the footlong Quarter Pound Coney, Chili Cheese Tots, and a banana shake with peanut butter. It's a consistent 5-star experience for me every time!

I have ordered from Sonic numerous times, but it's disappointing to say that this particular location has been quite careless. They often overlook modification requests and consistently forget items in my orders, such as the drink that comes with the combo or even the main dish itself. Having worked in the food industry, I'm generally patient and understanding when mistakes happen, as everyone is susceptible to errors. However, when a restaurant repeatedly makes mistakes on every visit, it's clear that something needs to change.

The Honey BBQ Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken Combo is supposed to be drenched in sauce, but unfortunately, the popcorn chicken was actually dry and lacked flavor.

I gave them 5 stars for the way they handled my experience; good customer service is rare to find. I ordered my food and noticed I had been waiting for about 30 minutes. I pressed the button to check on my order and found out that it hadn’t even been placed. The manager (whose name I can't quite recall, maybe Heather?) was very apologetic. We all make mistakes, but she handled it well. I will definitely come back.
