The staff is generally friendly and pleasant. Service is relatively quick, depending on how many employees are working that day. The food is quite delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is located near the restroom entrance.
The customer service was terrible. I waited for my food for 30 minutes after paying, only to see the staff turn off the lights and lock the doors at 8 PM. The manager shouted at the employees to close up. Unfortunately, I never received my food, despite having a receipt.
I would rate this place zero stars if I could. While I was placing my order, they turned off the grill and informed me that they don't serve burgers after 10 PM, which meant I couldn't order anything with a burger. It feels like they're just being lazy and shutting everything down early to get out of there.
I absolutely love this place! You can never go wrong here! I always order the footlong Quarter Pound Coney, Chili Cheese Tots, and a banana shake with peanut butter. It's a consistent 5-star experience for me every time!
