The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The kids had a great time in the play area to ice. The two ladies who couldn't understand the unambiguously written sign say that your children need to be supervised at any time: it means that the game area is not childcare, and I don't want your three demon children to parents while enjoying your coffee at the cafe in peace. Really nice location, play area is a big plus, but seeing the manager handle donuts (MULTIPLE, as she consolidated pastry trays) with her bare hands is a huge no no and makes me never want to order a pastry from here again (the main thing I order).Also annoying that ADULT customers can't follow simple directions with the play area (as they helicopter over their child) like no food and shoes off/socks on.
