This location has a serious issue with customer service. The woman at the cashier is consistently rude. Since it's the closest Dunkin' to my house, I occasionally stop by for coffee when I'm in a rush, but they never get my order right, even though they still charge for any additional swirls. When I've asked about it, their responses have been dismissive, often with eye-rolling. I once requested my receipt to file a complaint, and the woman actually threw it at me, saying, "Here, go complain." Her service is consistently terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone; they don't deserve our business.
Every time I visit this location after 8 PM, they always inform me that their system is updating, and I'm unable to make any purchases.
I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have chamoy for the mangonada, and they informed me of this only after I had already paid for the drink. Their response was underwhelming; they even offered me a free drink as a replacement. Overall, it was poor service.
I cannot recommend this restaurant! They refused to serve me simply because they didn't approve of how I parked my car. I attempted to explain that I had no choice but to park that way due to the lack of available spots in the parking lot, and all I wanted was to grab a coffee and be on my way. Their behavior was not professional at all, and they were quite rude.
