In a vibrant culinary landscape, this restaurant struggles to consistently deliver a positive dining experience. The place has great options for vegan and family in general. I had a black bohnenburger with obst as side, my family had the loaded kesefries x2 with parmesan chicken wing and a order of three crepes. three of us eat plus the limonades for drinks and the sum was $92 plus drinking money. don't get me wrong, eat was good, but not $92 good. Not sure if that's just inflation, but it was my first time there. They had tables separated for cdc guidelines and they had tvs at the point that show a lot of channels for children, dressing, etc. my waitress was brilliant and made sure I had everything and often checked. thumbs upmy meal, although it was veggie, it deceived me in believe it tasted like meat, not sure what it used to taste the black bohnenburgers almost like chorizo but great work! lemonade was fresh, like aquas frescas (fresh made water,) so it was mixed and stemmed, which is awesome. the portions are good enough to fill them, but they can leave with a desire for a little more. loaded cheeses used Cheddar cheese and were kind of small, so we have two. I feel like this is a bit lacking glamour, but given the focus is healthy food that I do not expect to do fat food perfectly. I give the square four out of five, but not sure if I will return strictly on a price basis. I feel like I can get more food.
Horrible service! the cup holder didn’t hold the drink correctly and it fell told the waitress if she could make me another drink and she told me I had to pay for it Another $10 dollars for a drink that fell inside their establishment.
Wonderfulblittle spot with very tasty and creative spins on traditional Mexican food. I had the chipotle panini and oiterally want to go back for another 1!
I would give this place a lower rating if I could. The staff were rude and disrespectful. When I politely requested extra sauce for my to-go order, instead of simply mentioning the additional charge (which I was willing to pay), the employee became defensive and raised her voice, claiming she had already included the sauce in my bag. When I explained that I wanted more, she said I should have specified that in my order from the beginning. After that, she turned her back on me to continue chatting with her coworkers. When she realized I was still waiting, she rolled her eyes, slammed a single sauce packet down on the counter rudely, and walked away.
The food here is truly fantastic, but Lucia's demeanor leaves a lot to be desired. She never comes by to see if you need anything, and when you leave a tip, she responds with laughter and a disapproving shake of her head.
