1. The Indian flavors were noticeably absent, as the dishes lacked authentic Indian spices.
2. Some meals were overly salty, while others had barely any salt at all.
3. As someone who frequently prepares Indian cuisine, I know that a true Indian dish relies on a blend of ginger, garlic, and spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, none of which were evident in the meals I tried.
4. The chicken tikka masala was particularly disappointing, as it was excessively sweet and creamy, deviating significantly from traditional flavors.
I sincerely hope they can address these concerns before they risk losing their loyal customers.
