I went to the store today and found many items to try on. I asked a helpful lady working in the store (I believe her name was Hattie) to bring me a basket. She kindly advised me to be careful not to break anything and provided excellent customer service with a smile. Her assistance made my shopping experience more enjoyable and worthwhile! The cafe was quiet so, unsurprisingly, service was prompt. It was also acceptably friendly but no more. There were quite a few uncleared tables when we arrived but these were soon dealt with. The place was clean and tidy.
