J'ai déjeuné plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant. Le cadre, moderne est chic, mais sans ostentation. Le service attentif et discret, tout en restant chaleureux, et la cuisine est un vrai régal. Rien d'apparemment trop tarabiscoté, mais la précision est là, le respect des produits également, avec une cuisine, moderne, inventive, où l'appartenance régionale est présente par petites touches légères (spattzle, entre autres). La finesse et la subtilité des plats dément cette impression de simplicité. Du grand art.
Après en avoir beaucoup entendu parlé, j' y suis finalement allé pour un repas d' anniversaire. Et bien c' était nickel. Nous avons très bien mangé, le cadre est magnifique et le personnel très attentionné. Je vais y retourner sans aucun doute.Dommage que l'on ne puisse y aller que durant la semaine.

I was so excited to come from Dutch to French because eating in Dutch is remarkably bad, while eating in france. good, its amazing. this restaurant has not disappointed. they have menus in different languages. a really great selection of lamb, bark meat and fish. I ordered the sea bass with risotto. the part of the fish was small, but it was incredible. one of my employees ordered the sea bass with the pasta. I love risotto, but the pasta was the better choice. I think the person sitting next to me, ordered a lamb frame and it was huge. he purified his teller so that I suspect that he loved it (I couldn't ask him because he doesn't speak English and I don't speak French). we started our dinner with champagne with hibiscus and continue to drink white and red wines from the opposite during our meal. fantastic service, beautiful ambiente, it was a perfect night.
After we read the reviews, we decided to choose this restaurant. we were not disappointed. eating was very good, well prepared and presented. the staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. I had the smoked salmon for the starter who was very good. My...woman had garnel the dublin bay, which was slightly mixed, the main baked was delicious, but the smaller pieces were on the same level. I had the bark with a pfeffer sauce for the main who was a joy. perfectly boiled with an extensive range of well cooked vegetables and sauces. my wife had the turbert who was also delicious, the series of extras was a little too much. the gloom of the cream robe went very well. all in all a very pleasant dinner and evening. the prices are quite high, but if they enjoy good eating then the extra worth.
