We dined here twice during our visit. Finding vegan and vegetarian options in Cebu City can be quite challenging, but Persian Palate offers both a meat menu and a vegetarian/vegan menu. The fattoush salad is a must-try; you won't regret it. While the mezes could use a bit more depth in flavor, they are still satisfactory.
