I gave 5 stars for all the categories on this list. The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is amazing. But the staff is INCREDIBLY accommodating. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. It's being in paradise and being taken care of in every aspect. My wife and I go to many beach destinations and this is at the TOP of our lust now. We absolutely love it here. Service: 5 View all feedback.

Definitely not what you would expect from a 5 stars resort. A lot of things to be improved! Staff are very friendly and nice, but it’s obvious that they don’t really care about their jobs for which I don’t blame them! Working in such expensive and luxurious place, with all those “rich” people coming in and out, but getting paid a salary that is not enough to afford even 1 day of stay in this place, says all you need...
