What PaxKava likes about Jagerstube:
Contrary to what might seem from the title the Local belongs to a 5 star hotel and the dehor is breathtaking. Overlook the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park (Alpe di Siusi), in the background the Sciliar Massif. We order marinated tomatoes with Mozzarelline produced with local hay milk, basil and roasted pine nuts. At the same time an excellent Orata fillet with rosemary polenta and local mini vegetables. 10 and praise.... View all feedback.
