I’ve been a huge fan of Firehouse Subs since I first found them over ten years ago. This Carrollton location is among the best I’ve ever visited. I've been there three times in the last month since moving to Carrollton, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. With a rating of 4.7, I doubt that will change anytime soon. My first time to eat a Firehouse sub. To me they were okay. The bread was not fresh at all. Very stale bread! I had the Italian sub. My wife had the hook n ladder. I also bought a meatball sub.
