we really enjoyed our stay at the sandringham hotel. it is in a great city location, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was right. yes, it is a bit old-fashioned than some of the other nearby hotels, but that means that it also benefits like windows that actually open and a full-fledged bath as well as the shower. the staff was very friendly, friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay here a... Location for the Cardiff nightlife, fantastic. At £158 for a twin room, expensive for what is a very tired hotel. Ideal for a boozy weekend for a group of guys or girls. Would I use it for a romantic weekend with my wife? No. Breakfast, the produce was very cheap. In particular their use of sausages which was really synthetic and disgusting. Staff, lovely.
