As someone who worked for this company before, I am absolutely appalled at the customer service here. Every time I come in they are rude, get something wrong, or act uninterested. Sorry, but as a former barista, we always are taught to at least act like the customers matter to us. I never get any kindness at this location in the times I’ve come.
