What paige overbey likes about Dunkin':
dunkin’ is always great and efficient- BUT, today, not so much. my friend ordered a beverage with Cold Foam, and when the boy at the window handed out the beverage, it didn’t have Cold Foam in it. We handed the drink back and asked if he could put Cold Foam on it, and he replied with a snarky comment. “I’m looking right at the drink, it doesn’t say cold foam on it.” He’s clearly dyslexic. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. A $30 order and not a single thing was good. Placed my order on the app and when got to the store it took over 30 minutes for them to get my order ready. When I finally received my order they told me they ran out of French crullers and substituted it for plain glazed. So my dozen donuts mostly consisted of glazed and that’s not what I wanted.
