Subway - Canton

What User likes about Subway:
I had stopped going to this restaurant regularly after they messed up my Cheddar cheese and deli mustard sandwich, but today I stopped in to grab something for my wife. Subway had a steady stream of customers but the workers were efficient and attentive. Ella was particularly helpful and restored my belief that good customer service is not dead in the fast food industry. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered two subs and two waters at this restaurant. When I requested water cups, I was told to take two small cups. However, I later realized that I had been charged $3.98 for two 20-ounce fountain drinks instead. When I asked for a refund for the drinks, the employee initially stated that he would have to redo the entire order.
