Subway had a steady stream of customers but the workers were efficient and attentive. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered two subs and two waters at this restaurant. When I requested water cups, I was told to take two small cups. However, I later realized that I had been charged $3.98 for two 20-ounce fountain drinks instead. When I asked for a refund for the drinks, the employee initially stated that he would have to redo the entire order. As closing time approached at this restaurant, many customers typically anticipate a decline in quality. However, we were pleasantly surprised less than an hour before closing. The staff remained friendly and the sandwiches we ordered were delicious. It was a refreshing experience in an otherwise pessimistic atmosphere. Overall, it was a beautiful surprise.

The service and food were both good. I'm only giving 4 stars because one of the toys in the kids meal had dead batteries, which left a disappointed child.

The lone and very busy employee who served me at Subway was excellent. Ella was extremely helpful and made me believe that customer service is still alive and well in the fast food industry.

After agreeing to this, he then mentioned that he did not have the authority to do so. He then accused me of being at fault for the misunderstanding. When I questioned if it was standard procedure to charge for the cups, he confirmed that it was. I understand that it may not seem like a large amount of money, but it is quite ridiculous to charge almost $4 for tap water. If I had been informed of this upfront, I would not have ordered the water.
