I asked one of the staff members if they could switch the large screen from Keno to the cricket match, but the Latin waitress told me they don't take such requests and that the big screen is set to Keno since no one is watching it. I believe this lack of attention to customer requests is why the staff may decide to leave. It seems like Kazalys only focuses on the management's needs rather than caring for the customer... I don't think the food is as good as it used to be since the head chef left, her food was alway...
Fabulous food but the pasta and prawn dish was a very small portion.
Good meals and a good playground area for kids although don't bring a pram, you can't drive let...
