Caffiend - Cairns
Caffiend
Description
Caffiend is a charming cafe with a nice atmosphere that offers a variety of vegan options, including the popular Vegan Morning Glory and Sushi Bowl. While some reviews mention that the service can be a bit slow or lacking in knowledge about veganism, overall the staff are friendly and accommodating. The portions are generous, with delicious food that some feel could benefit from additional protein. The coffee is generally good, though some customers have differing opinions. The cafe also has a positive reputation for accommodating special dietary needs, such as celiac requirements. With a modern and fresh vibe, Caffiend is a popular spot for brunch or dinner, offering a unique selection of dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The ambiance is enhanced by nice music in the background, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal and excellent wine from boutique organic wineries. Overall, Caffiend is a busy yet satisfying cafe that provides a great dining experience for customers looking for good food and quality coffee in Cairns.

Beautiful food, awesome coffee, and excellent service. Loving the artwork in store too. Looking forward to trying out the dinner menu next.
A very busy cafe with great food and great coffee. This business is also connected to the Tattooed Sailor who are the roasters of their coffee beans. With these two businesses in partnership can only provide a win win situation for Caffiend and their customers. Caffeine is located at 72 Grafton Street Cairns city.
We had dinner at the restaurant recently. The owner was helpful and suggested a selection of dishes to share. The food was delicious and interesting based on the best local ingredients available at the time. The wine list is unique, offering mostly wines from boutique organic wineries in Australia and abroad. The service was excellent. We loved the atmosphere and as expected was perfect with nice music playing on the background. The place has a modern fresh feeling. Try dinner and you will have a very good surprise.
Nice little cafe with a couple of vegan options. Very generous portion in the Morning Glory breakfast and everything is tasty, but it does seem like a plate of vegetables rather than a meal just needs some protein and herbs to tie it together perhaps? Would go again though and try the coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit with muesli which looks great. Good coffee too.
Really nice atmosphere at this café. The vegan morning glory is the closest thing I've had to a big brekky in years. It was so satisfying and tasty. A big pile of mushrooms, which is grouse cause I love mushrooms. The only improvement I can think of is if they had some home-made baked beans. The coffee was nothing special. I expected something amazing but it was the usual burnt bean water with scanty crema.
