What Alex A dislikes about Cielo:
I ordered medium rare but this is medium well. the waiter insisted this is m rare an would not take care of us. The steak house does not serve their steak correctly. It was my birthday dinner. Very disappointed View all feedback.
Tried to make a reservation for 6 people, I called at 7:28pm I was told that a email would be sent to Cielo and someone will call me back. I received a call at 8:52pm a woman stated 8:00pm reservation was too late and I would have to come in by 6, I explained to her that my party would not be arriving until after 6:00pm, she said how about 7:00pm? I agreed to 7:00pm, then I was told that parties 6 or more are subject to 20% gratuity added to bill, I told her on the website it states 8 or more will have 20% gratuity added to bill, she then said hold on, a man got on the phone and said I can make your reservation for 6 people but a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. I questioned him about what it stated on website and his response was its 20% gratuity added to bill on 5 or more... I responded with so the woman said 6 or more, the website states 8 or more and you say its 5 or more?? I stated so the website is wrong? I told him to make the reservation and I will make a complaint tomorrow, he told me if you are going to make a complaint then I will cancel your reservation and hung up on me... I cannot believe that this place (Cielo) makes up it 's own rules and does not follow what 's on website.. Unbelievable service. Thank god I will not have dinner there. It makes me wonder is this the way all guest are treated and all Morongo 's employee 's behavior (RUDE) issues?
The restaurant is on the top floor of the casino. There are amazing views and great food. The sea bass was perfect. The service was second to none. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Crispy Calamari
Great ambiance with excellent service and awesome food choices. Everything was prepared perfectly and our waiter was very good on recommendations. We will definitely come back again.
Discriminated at cielo by the manager and embarrassed my family and I. He made up lies to get us kicked out for NO reason. I will be taking legal action. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I've been dying to come check this place out and although I didn't absolutely love it, it was a nice experience. The food was good but I've had better. You definitely come for the experience. They had a lady playing the piano, which was nice. The service was excellent. Everyone was on point! We had a party of 10, and everything went off without a glitch. I think I would have enjoyed this place more had I gone with just my husband. Perfect date night spot!
