I love that they will happily bring out your coffee when you need help. I have a double stroller and the staff happily bring out my order to me when requested so that I don't have to leave my children alone when my order is ready. The coffee is consistently good and we also enjoy having the fruit toast. View all feedback.

What's with the staff here, they always look so miserable. Rarely a smile amongst any of them. The coffee is good, if only it wasn't such a drama for the service staff to actually service you. It is called hospitality for a reason, staff need to be hospitable. If it is too busy a venue for you to cope, seek alternative employment. View all feedback.
