I generally prefer traditional nigiri instead of complex rolls. Despite having a smaller nigiri selection, I enjoyed my meal here because every single piece of fish was so fresh. I had the yellowtail, scallop, eel, and salmon. These were simple pieces but had fantastic bite and didn’t taste frozen or old at all.
