I generally prefer traditional nigiri instead of complex rolls. Despite having a smaller nigiri selection, I enjoyed my meal here because every single piece of fish was so fresh. I had the yellowtail, scallop, eel, and salmon. These were simple pieces but had fantastic bite and didn’t taste frozen or old at all. Not much good about our experience, order messed up, bad service way more avocado than fish. If you see my photo, it 's their ultimate blue fin roll not sure where the blue fin is though.. View all feedback.
They got everything right with amazing flavors in the food. Kid-friendliness: So great for kids with tons of drink options.
If there’s a better place in or around Burien for Katsu, I haven’t found it. Great lunch special and super pleasant wait staff. Clean and tidy, not fancy.Will be back often.

Food was great. Sushi, katsu, and miso soup were all top notch. Service, as others point out, is so highly personal and kind that it feels more like you're family than a customer.We'll happily come back!
The fish is delicious, my salmon sashimi melted in the mouth and the hamachi nigiri was drizzled lightly with some oil and small scallion slices, which really enhanced what was already a fantastic fish. Service was attentive and especially friendly. Overall one of the best sushi places I have been to, I definitely recommend it.
