I’ve been going to this Cinnabon for over 15 years. I have to admit customer service is hit or miss. This past Monday I had the best experience. The two Cinnabons I purchased were fresh, hot and delicious. (I know my Cinnabons as I used to work for Cinnabon for over 5 years back in the 90s.
