We only had one night at the Fierro Hotel, but we had dinner, breakfast and lunch at Uco and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. For dinner we had the lamb shoulder cooked 18 hours. This was a fantastic choice and perfect for sharing. The meat was succulent and the portion was more than enough for the 2 of us.
