We only had one night at the Fierro Hotel, but we had dinner, breakfast and lunch at Uco and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. For dinner we had the lamb shoulder cooked 18 hours. This was a fantastic choice and perfect for sharing. The meat was succulent and the portion was more than enough for the 2 of us. For lunch we had their famous burger with polenta french fries and these are not to be missed. View all feedback.
Amazing food with an even better wine selection. The service from the sommelier was very professional and welcoming, especially considering our limited Spanish. We each ordered a main and then the 1kg TBone to share and it was plenty of food, and really well prepared food as well. The bar is extensively stocked with plenty of spirits on top of an extensive wine list. Would happily go back.
Had the lunch Tapas menu for two. 6 tapas dessert and coffee. Every dish was fantastic. Service was impeccable. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic gin collection there are even more available than the menu features! and delicious food. We tried the ribeye and the home made fish curry. Both fantastic, rich in flavor and with excellent fresh ingredients. Plus for the pashminas available in case of it being a bit chilly on the terrace! Fantastic breakfast as well, the home made yoghurt especially stands out!

Amazing lunch experience. Out of this world ceviche and great empanadas. Sommelier Stephanie was impeccable and recommended an Uco Valley Semillon and a Rosado de Pinot Gris that were both outstanding.
