Meritage At The Omni Interlocken Resort - Broomfield

Valentine's Day at Meritage was a major disappointment, from slow service to poorly cooked meals. The restaurant failed to deliver on expectations, leaving diners unsatisfied. The quality of food at brunch was inconsistent, with some dishes falling short. Service was lacking, with mishaps like incorrectly cooked steaks and delayed orders. Although the restaurant shows potential with an excellent wine list, the staff seemed unprepared and undertrained. On the upside, made-to-order omelets and friendly service from staff like Marco provided some highlights. Overall, Meritage has some work to do to meet its aspirations of being a top local restaurant.
