Was Elizabeth Doyle at Jackpot a mag?
Delicious, hot, and flavour intense. Affordable and so easily accessible. Service is slow on busy nights which is fine, but on a regular day your food is to you in a heartbeat. Kudos jackpot! View all feedback.
What EveScotland dislikes about Jackpot:
You place your order at the till. They give you a number. You get your own cutlery and seat yourself at a table. I ordered the beef strips with noodles and portion of steamed vegetables. Quite efficient. Tasted okay. Big portions. Not sure I would go back as there are so many other places nearby. View all feedback.
A cheap Asian mix multi-choice eatery that's basic, clean, predictable, open late and again, cheapIt depends on what you're after as always.
I used to frequent Jackpot Noodles many years ago when I used to work around the corner, but since being moved out of the city, had not been back here for
The hokkien noodles were delicious. Dumpling noodles not bad and the fried chicken wings pretty good (outstanding for the jackpot price of $2). The food comes out fast and the staff are friendly.
Had a quick lunch here because haven’t tried this before. Had the BBQ pork rice and it was reasonable, had better and portions were quite small but at the price of $9 in the CBD it’s hard to complain. It’s a very no frills restaurant like a pub where you would order at the counter and you get your own utensils. Service was fast and efficient
