This is a very new hotel and the rooms were great. The living area was perfect for us and the kitchen was equipped so we could heat our own food. The breakfast was OK, very typical. The location is very good as it is right off the highway and easy to get to Boston or Providence or Newport. View all feedback.

I would've given 5 stars if there was: 1. a real shower door in the room(king suite, stationary, partial door for a shower?? Whose design idea was this to have wet floors and no drain) 2. rice on the kitchen floor from previous guests and 3. a manager that was concerned enough to attempt to change the room or suggest other options!
