This is a very new hotel and the rooms were great. The living area was perfect for us and the kitchen was equipped so we could heat our own food. The breakfast was OK, very typical. The location is very good as it is right off the highway and easy to get to Boston or Providence or Newport. View all feedback.

I would've given 5 stars if there was: 1. a real shower door in the room(king suite, stationary, partial door for a shower?? Whose design idea was this to have wet floors and no drain) 2. rice on the kitchen floor from previous guests and 3. a manager that was concerned enough to attempt to change the room or suggest other options! Pictures don’t do it justice. This is a great little gem for a low key family weekend Boston getaway. Decent breakfast, clean very large rooms with kitchen, friendly staff, basketball court pool for the kiddos too. Will definitely come back if we come back to the area.

This is a horrendous hotel. The staff keeps causing the fire alarms to go off at the most inconvenient hours, and it is happening fairly frequently.The room looks nice, but when the fire alarm keeps going off, it really doesn't matter.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were clean.Breakfast was nice.Would definitely stay here again.
