From the moment you arrive, you feel like part of the family. While we were deciding what to order, we noticed the staff calling out names and asking regulars about their lives, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I noticed that the cooks were not wearing gloves, which is acceptable to some extent, but it raised a food safety concern when they touched raw eggs and didn’t wash their hands afterward. I could see everything because the doors were open, and I never saw anyone wash their hands, which is particularly important after handling raw eggs and before touching ready-to-eat food.
