One of the best places in the north of Minnesota! I recommend Northern Cowboy for your stop, first choice. Great food and drink, service is amazing and the ambience is even better. A series of bad decisions ultimately led me to this review. The menu was incredibly limited (eleven entrees), plus some pizzas and side salads. The walleye cakes were the highlight. Not great, but quite good. My wife enjoyed her Bourbon Street Pasta and her beer cheese soup. I had an incredibly disappointing pizza. Pre-made frozen crust, that was tough as shoe leather, yet mushy on top. I could barely get through one... View all feedback.
