I ordered pizza tonight and waited for an hour before it arrived cold. When I called to complain, I was told that they were busy and offered a discount, which was already listed on their website. I also had to mention a previous order with minimal sauce and pepperoni, prompting them to add extra toppings this time. However, the pizza was still cold.
