I accidentally scheduled a breakfast catering order for the wrong date and time, but they kindly agreed to deliver on the updated date and time at no extra charge. I was prepared to pay an additional $280 for my mistake, but they showed me incredible grace and understanding. It was truly impressive! I'm very grateful for their support. This restaurant used to be great, but it has really declined. I understand that prices have increased, but the cost hikes don’t justify the use of thin bacon with barely any on the sandwich. I spent $40 on a sandwich, a soup, and a drink, which I think is too expensive. While the staff were friendly, they were out of some types of bread, and the drink station was quite messy. Also, the floor was dirty. The self-order terminals were a bit confusing to use, and the buzzers weren't functioning.
Amazing Panera Bread location. The food was fresh. They had an issue with our order but were prompt enough to remake our sandwich. Highly recommend.
Did not receive ordered items. Had to drive back to the store to get our sandwich. No apologies and no accountability from the staff. Portions are MUCH smaller now and prices MUCH higher. My turkey BLT was all bread and very little toppings. Bye Panera!!!
