I'm pretty demanding when it comes to Asian cuisine. And if it's fast food, I keep my expectations quite low. But I was pleasantly surprised by My Pho. It is fast, cheap and convenient. And the vegan broth is quite tasteful. Many fresh vegetables to choose, including Jicama. The Mock Meat Soysage is a beautiful supplement, and can be added the Pho soup and the banh mi sand.
