You are lucky that there is no option to give 0 star or else I would. Went to get a drink and there were no Pearls! Imagine a bubble tea place has no pearls at all. The second time I went in at 9:30pm and I was told it would take a while since we turned off the machine accidentally so better to get something else so I ended up getting another drink.
