My sister and I have been coming to this restaurant every Friday for "Bubble Tea Free Days" to unwind after a week of work. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the drinks, promotions, or app. We eagerly waited for this place to open as the nearest one was in Brampton. You are lucky that there is no option to give 0 star or else I would. Went to get a drink and there were no Pearls! Imagine a bubble tea place has no pearls at all. The second time I went in at 9:30pm and I was told it would take a while since we turned off the machine accidentally so better to get something else so I ended up getting another drink. That was my first time in every chatime. the bubble tee was great. the kiosk was easy. the staff was friendly and I got my drink pretty fast. it was delicious
5 star service all the way! Great team and beautiful decor inside. My staff at the Flame House Grill make Chatime a weekly stop and we will continue to do so for a long time. Welcome to Bolton and look forward to more deliciousness!!!

If the store is closed then lock the danm door, don't let people walk in and then tell them we are closed. We were so happy to see Chatime come to bolton but this is very disappointing. Gave too many chances and Never going back again! DON'T GO HERE, they have no Respect for their customers or time.
Awesome experience with an amazing staff. Despite the wait time, seeing the manager walk around entertaining the patrons and handing out free bottles of water was outstanding. The bubble tea was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be returning soon with all our crew members. Keep up the great work.
Wow you guys!Thanks for coming to Bolton! I used to get a bubble tea every day when I used to live downtown Toronto, that was the one thing I missed the most around here and it is perfect.Price is reasonable, the cups are bigger than the alternative downtown Bolton, yet cheaper.The service was great, and it looks like it could be a fun place to hang once the pandemic is done.Definitely a suggested experience!
