2 weeks ago I bought several items from the deli area including a small jar of Acme herring in cream sauce. When I opened the jar it had oily residue and tasted funky.After carefully looking at the jar lid, it had an expiration date of JUN 1 2021.Today is Aug 2, 2021.I spoke to someone and he said without the receipt he could not give me credit and refused to take it back. I only had one charge in July from the Famous Deli and would not accept that as proof!I did not keep the receipt for a couple of deli items. He said I must have bought the jar a long time ago. FALSE!The 4.99 was not going to break me but now it's the principle!What lousy customer service they have.
