Famous Deli Of Boca - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Famous Deli Of Boca:
2 weeks ago I bought several items from the deli area including a small jar of Acme herring in cream sauce. When I opened the jar it had oily residue and tasted funky.After carefully looking at the jar lid, it had an expiration date of JUN 1 2021.Today is Aug 2, 2021.I spoke to someone and he said without the receipt he could not give me credit and refused to take it back. I only had one charge in July from the Famous Deli and would not accept that as proof!I did not keep the receipt for a couple of deli items. He said I must have bought the jar a long time ago. FALSE!The 4.99 was not going to break me but now it's the principle!What lousy customer service they have. What User likes about Famous Deli Of Boca:
My favorite items here are the salt and pepper matzo crackers and their six-pack of fresh bagels, which are the best deal around—plus, the bagels are huge! The woman at the register is always incredibly nice and expresses her gratitude whenever we wear masks.
