Was Melissa C at Carl's Jr. a mag?
I received my order incorrectly, as it came with cheese and mayo. However, a tall, slender manager—I'm guessing his name was Steve—took care of the issue. He not only corrected my order but also replaced my fries and onion rings without hesitation. That's what I call good customer service! Don't waste your time. Got here a few minutes before 10pm. Says open till 11pm. They are closed. Told me they close early to clean for a few hours. When my co-driver asked about it they told her it's the new POS system and that they always close early when they feel like it. Thanks for being there for us, truckers. We appreciate making your deliveries to get no services back.

Fryer was down, which was a bummer. But the burger was awesome and might have been the best fast food burger I’ve had. Service was great and super fast.
After reading the comments alongside the owner's repeated apologies, it's clear what the issue is. I won't be spending my money here.
I understand that flipping a burger can be tricky, but come on, it shouldn't be that difficult to count to two. This is the third time I've received a Super Star from Carl's Jr with only one patty! What’s going on?
