I have to say, the service here is outstanding! I visit 5 to 10 times a week and have tried the entire reserve menu. The drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is unmatched compared to any other place in Miami. The baristas are exceptional, especially Deja! One of the women was very kind and helped me find my glasses, and I appreciate her assistance. However, I understand that there may be policies preventing them from opening after closing time, but the way they ignored me felt unnecessary and unkind.
