Starbucks Reserve - Birmingham

Incredible service, I come here 5-10 times a week and have tried the entire reserve menu. The drinks are amazing, the atmosphere in incomparable to any other Starbucks in MI, and the baristas are all the best, especially Deja! She does latte art on my drinks and is always very welcoming and kind :

I went with my bf and we got a siphon coffee that we shared. I dont remember the exact region I just remember it was somewhere in Africa. The siphon was super fun to watch and the person behind the bar explained how it worked. I really like the trays and the cups that they used. Their brick wall in the back is absolutely lovely, and it is an overall welcoming yet upscale environment. Definitely a must try if you're ever in Birmingham.

I give the Colombian beans pour-over 1 star. I really can't figure out why it tastes worse than their regular coffee. It's extremely bitter, with a sharp and unpleasant aftertaste. It doesn't resemble good dark roast coffee at all. Instead, it's watery and nearly impossible to enjoy, which is disappointing considering I expected more from a reserve coffee.

One of our favorite Starbucks is located in the heart of Birmingham, Michigan. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As a reserve location, they offer some drinks that you won't typically find at other Starbucks. The reserve bar and seating area are really impressive! They provide both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot for a coffee break if you're in Birmingham and craving caffeine or a sweet treat.

This place is really neat, even though it's pretty busy the staff has a great system and are able to keep drinks moving and people served. I really like the Reserve idea due to the difference in drink offerings.
